How do appointments work?
When you arrive, please ring the bell — our receptionist will welcome you in and guide you to one of our dedicated jewelry bars. Each appointment is a personal consultation, so a specialist will be ready to assist you one-on-one throughout your visit.
At the front of the showroom, you will find the Gem & Pearl Bar. Here you can browse jewelry in stock, pick up an order, and other services. The back of the showroom is dedicated to engagement and wedding rings at the Promise & Eternity Bar.
Can I visit the showroom without an appointment?
Yes, we are happy to welcome you even without a reservation.
Keep in mind, however, that each customer receives individual care from a dedicated specialist. If all specialists are assisting other visitors, we offer a comfortable lounge to wait in. Booking an appointment ensures that a specialist is available and ready to assist you immediately.
Please note that an appointment is required for wedding ring consultations.
