Consent to the processing of personal data for newsletter purposes

You hereby consent to KLENOTA sro, Company ID: 26286505 (hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator") in accordance with the applicable laws of the Czech Republic, in particular Regulation (EC) No 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to processing personal data and the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Personal Data Protection Regulation) processed the following personal data:

We use your personal information for the purpose of sending business communications and offers of products and services provided by KLENOTA s.r.o. If you are our customer, we are doing a legitimate interest because we reasonably expect our news and events to be of interest to you. If you are not a customer, we send newsletters solely on the basis of this consent. These data will be processed by the Administrator for 10 years.

You give your explicit consent to the above processing. Consent can be withdrawn at any time, for example by logging out in the newsletter or by sending an email to info@klenota.com or a letter to the contact details of KLENOTA s.r.o., Bílkova 855/19, 110 00 Praha 1.

The processing of personal data is carried out by the Administrator, but personal data can be processed by the Administrators for Administrators as well:

Provider of the e-shop solution Simplia s.r.o., Company ID: 28486820.
Alternatively, other providers of processing software, services, and applications that are currently not used by the Administrator.

Please note that under the Personal Data Protection Act you have the right to:

  • accept consent at any time
  • ask us for information about how we process your personal data
  • request an explanation for us regarding the processing of personal data
  • request access to these data with us and update or repair these data
  • require us to erase this personal information
