Delivery to North America & the rest of the world
- Delivery times are estimated in business days.
- To ship jewelry we use the following couriers: DPD, UPS and DHL. All items are shipped from the Czech Republic.
- For countries outside the EU, duties and taxes are not included in the shipping costs and vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
- The minimum order value to the United Kingdom is £135 (approx. €159) due to VAT regulations.
If you cannot select your country during checkout, please contact us at info@klenota.com. If the couriers we use do not ship to your country, we can discuss alternative shipping methods at your expense.
Delivery time
Jewelry in stock is generally shipped within 2 business days once your payment has been received. For deliveries to Czech Republic, in-store pickup is also available at Bílkova 19, Praha 1. Your order will be ready within 2 days.
Jewelry made to order or customized jewelry requires 2-4 weeks for processing, then it is shipped using your chosen shipping method. Production times are typically longer for custom rings in non-standard sizes and engraved jewelry.
Do you need to have your jewelry ready for a specific date? Whether you are planning a proposal or a surprise gift, we will do our best to accommodate your wishes. Please let us know via your order notes and we will contact you for further information.
Payment methods
The prices displayed on the website have been rounded up to the nearest two decimal places due to the conversion from Czech crowns. However, at the final checkout, you will always see and pay the exact unrounded amount.
At checkout, you can choose from the following payment options:
Bank transfer
You will receive an invoice along with payment information after you place your order. The payment should be sent to our account within 5 days from the time the order is placed. Please state your order number in the field reserved for text messages for the recipient.
Online Card Payment
We accept the following cards for online payments: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro.
Paypal
We also accept payments through PayPal to info@klenota.com. Upon selecting this option at checkout, you will be redirected to PayPal's payment gateway to finish your purchase.
In-store pickup
If you choose Czech Republic as your delivery country, you may pick up your order in person at our studio (Bílkova 19, Praha 1). We accept the above mentioned cards or cash payments in Czech crowns. You're also welcome to browse and purchase jewelry in stock, the staff speaks English.
Packaging
We package all of our orders securely and with great care. Your jewelry will arrive in a ready-to-gift jewelry box. The package also includes a certificate with detailed information about the materials used.
