What can I expect at the showroom?
When you arrive, please ring the bell — our receptionist will let you in and guide you to one of our dedicated bars, where you’ll work one on one with one of our specialists.
At the front of the showroom, you’ll find the Gem & Pearl Bar. Here you can browse jewelry in stock, pick up an order, or order our services. The back of the showroom is dedicated to engagement and wedding rings — at the Promise & Eternity Bar, a specialist will guide you through our selection and help with sizing.
Can I visit the showroom without an appointment?
Yes, we are happy to welcome you even without a reservation.
Keep in mind, however, that each customer receives individual care from a dedicated specialist. If all specialists are assisting other visitors, we offer a comfortable lounge to wait in. Booking an appointment ensures that a specialist is available and ready to assist you immediately.
Please note that an appointment is required for wedding ring consultations.
Are you open on weekends?
We’re open on selected Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. You can find specific dates below our regular opening hours — follow us for the latest updates.
How do wedding ring appointments work?
You can book a no-obligation consultation online, by phone, or in person. At our Eternity Bar, a specialist will assist you from start to finish — guiding you through our selection, measuring your size, and answering any questions. The entire consultation takes about an hour.
Before the rings are completed, we also offer a trial fitting so you can confirm your chosen size or engravings. This fitting takes about 15–30 minutes. Afterwards, we return the rings to our goldsmiths for final adjustments.
From your first visit to pickup or delivery, the usual timeline is 4 to 6 weeks.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept card payments or cash in Czech crowns.
