How to redeem the discount
Online in our store
At KLENOTA.com, it's easy - just add a note to your order saying you purchased an engagement ring from us, and we'll take care of the rest.
How it works:
- Choose your wedding rings or a wedding set and add them to your cart.
- In the order note, mention that you previously purchased an engagement ring from us. To help us find it faster, you can add the order number, the approximate purchase date, or the name the order was placed under.
- Select bank transfer as your payment method.
- Our sales team will then reach out to confirm the benefit and send you the adjusted order total. The 7% discount applies to your entire wedding ring order.

In our showroom
When you visit our showroom at Dušní 1082/6, Prague 1, there's nothing to arrange in advance. Just let us know at the counter that you previously purchased an engagement ring from us - our team will handle the rest.
You're welcome to view, try on, and choose your wedding rings with no rush.
We recommend booking an appointment in advance so we can give you our full attention.

- The 7% discount applies to KLENOTA wedding rings and wedding sets for customers who have previously purchased an engagement ring from us.
- The discount cannot be combined with other discounts, codes, or promotions - we'll always apply whichever one is more favorable for you.
- The discount is tied to a specific customer and is non-transferable.
- We verify eligibility against our internal order records. If we can't find your engagement ring on file, we'll reach out and sort it out together.
